Shipping Costs for Returns

Casacielo offers free returns if multiple items are returned together. However, if items are returned individually, an additional shipping fee may be required.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund once the item(s) have been received and confirmed by Casacielo. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process once approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@casacielo.co.uk.

Damaged or Lost Items
