Shipping Costs for Returns
Casacielo offers free returns if multiple items are returned together. However, if items are returned individually, an additional shipping fee may be required.
Refunds
You will receive a full refund once the item(s) have been received and confirmed by Casacielo. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Damaged or Lost Items
